BLISTERS
Blisters are various
shaped loose, unbonded areas in either liner. Liner
appears to buldge irregularly away from flutes . It
is yet another defect experienced in the production
of corrugated sheets.
The pattern of the blisters portion
should always be checked.

| If the blisters portion
is not gummed, it means that the gum roller is not
even or perhaps there is distortion in the
pasting roller or both |
Regrind the pasting as
well as the gum roller. |
| If the blisters portion
is gummed, it means that the pressure roller is
uneven or there is some distortion. |
Regrind the pressure
roll. |
