Recycling glue system supplies glue uniformly,
the uniglue cup can assist the recycle more
smoothly, over load glue can flow back to glue
tank.
Paper board can pass the prepress roll, before
delivering to glue section to make the fold
part flat and easy glutinosity, prevent the
crown in center of paper board.
Counter Ejector Section
When conveyor from squaring section to counter
and ejector, section, upper belt and spring
will press the carton to assure the delivery
smoothly.
Accurate counting the counter can preset
the pile height and total quantity.
Ejector with 90-degree valve to match the push
shaft delivers the carton out from the gate.
Squaring Section
After folding, carton will be blown down by
air press, so that carton can be stabilized
pileup.
Squaring section with high speed and low speed,
can change automatically by the carton pile
height.
Front stop plate with electrical back and forth
equipment synchronized with feeder section back
paper lift can also inch adjustment.
Right side and left side stop plate with easy
manual adjustment.
Feeder section
Slipiess belt matches suction feeding system,
suit for all kinds of flute type and bent paper
board.
Front gate plate with easy manual up down adjustment.
Back paper lift with centerline gauge preventing
any slant, center gauge can adjust right and
left to match all kinds of special size.
Side guide plate, can be controlled right or
left independently by electrical adjustment.
